The name “Gadile” comes from the Stubai dialect and means “pantry” – and that is exactly what we want to be for you: a pantry full of regional delicacies and high-quality produce.
All our products are made sustainably and regionally by selected farmers. That way we guarantee not only the very best quality, but also short distances from the producer to your table.
Come and visit us in Fulpmes and discover the variety and the flavour of the Stubai Valley and the region in our pantry. We look forward to seeing you!
s'Gadile – The pantry of the Stubai Valley
In our farm shop you will find a wide selection of high-quality regional products: savoury sausage, aromatic cheese, crusty bread, delicious yoghurt, fresh butter, seasonal fruit and vegetables, refreshing milk, sweet honey, fruity jams, hearty preserves – and much more. All our delicacies are made with care and love, and they win people over with their natural flavour.

The Stubai Valley is shaped by its farmers, who produce a great variety of food. Our farmers craft genuine specialities by hand – with a great deal of passion and dedication. And at the Gadile you can buy them all in one place: fresh, and with short transport distances.

The Rasinger family
Lukas and Patrizia Rasinger supply bacon, Kaminwurzen sausages and ready meals in jars. Alongside a few chickens and goats, the Bruggerhof is above all home to 35 dairy cows in a newly built free-stall barn with a milking robot. Lukas is not only an innovative farmer but also the host of the Fronebenalm mountain hut and active in the tourist board. In summer the whole family and many of their animals head up to Froneben. Chickens, alpine pigs and happy young cattle share the fresh mountain air and the magnificent view with the guests of the hut.

The Bauer family
Kathi and Harald Bauer are without doubt responsible for the largest number of animals. Their roughly 30 bee colonies repay the excellent care with the finest Stubai honey. The young colonies spend the summer months in the Schlick area, while the honey colonies travel through the valley following the flowering vegetation. The first extraction takes place in July, and from then on the delicious bee honey is available at the Gadile. All year round we also stock many other products from the Bauer apiary – alongside classic honey products there are gifts such as lip balm, flower butter, candle-making kits and much more.

Alexander Hörtnagl
For Alexander and Viktoria, everything revolves around vegetables. With a great deal of expertise and his green fingers, Alex coaxes the finest specialities out of the soil – and as naturally as possible. Whatever the weather, Alexander is out in the fields planting, tending and harvesting his vegetables. From potatoes to pumpkins and cabbage right through to courgettes, you will find his seasonal, regional produce with its unmistakable flavour at our shop. In winter Alex naturally supplies storage vegetables. A particular highlight are the fresh pasture-raised geese, reared in a species-appropriate way on the meadows of Trins.

The Ranalter family
Karoline Ranalter’s delicious skimmed-milk yoghurt comes in a range of flavours: natural, banana, blueberry, vanilla, wild berry and seasonally changing varieties bring a blissful smile to our faces. For young gourmets there is fruity quark, Denitella and cream cheese. Together with her father, Karoline lovingly looks after her six Tyrolean Grey cattle. The milk goes straight into the processing room and is turned into her specialities while still fresh. A true delight, Stubai style!

The Ranalter-Bacher family
Every Thursday the Ranalter-Bacher family bakes its oven-fresh farmhouse bread for us at the Gadile, following an old family recipe. Crusty and still warm, it fills the Gadile with its aromatic scent from 15:00. Combined with greaves lard, savoury Kaminwurzen sausages or bacon, it is a real treat.
Distance to the Gadile: 400 m

The Volderauer family
The fruit spreads, herb salts and syrups made by Kathrin and Harald are best described as “authentic” and “high quality”. Fresh ingredients, cleverly combined but entirely without frills, create an incomparable flavour. Grown in their large garden, the trees, shrubs and herbs supply the finest sustainable raw ingredients. At the Gadile you can see for yourself just how varied these products taste!

Daniela Haas
In sun-drenched Telfes, very special fruits ripen: sweet and uniquely flavourful. Daniela Haas presides over fruit and berries and sells them freshly harvested at the Gadile. In summer you will find redcurrants, blackberries, grapes, plums, pears, apples and much more. Of course, you can also take Dani’s fruit home in the form of home-pressed juices and jams. A real insider tip!

The Wechselberger family
Two generations of experience make the Wechselberger family’s dairy products so distinctive. Martin and his son Thomas draw on deep knowledge to look after animal welfare, while Julia turns the fresh milk into the finest farmhouse butter and tasty cream-cheese balls. The animals spend the summer on the alpine pasture. The very best meat from the alpine oxen and calves is available at the Gadile to order. The sausage specialities and the bacon from Mangalitsa pigs are another particular speciality.
Distance to the Gadile: 400 m

The Ranalter family
At the Jedelerhof right by Lake Kampl, Ida and Ernst Ranalter’s free-range hens enjoy plenty of space to roam. Fed on grain and fresh grass, the hens lay the very best eggs. These are used to make high-quality pasta specialities – we stock four different varieties at the Gadile. In the farm’s own workshop, Ernst also creates charming gift ideas out of wood.
Distance to the Gadile: 3.5 km

The Mair family
There is plenty going on at the Mair family farm all year round: while the sheep and lambs enjoy the alpine summer in the Schlick, Clemens and Theresa Mair’s 40 happy pasture geese enjoy plenty of fresh air and grazing every day. In summer, crisp lettuce, fresh vegetables and genuine Stubai asparagus also grow in the nearby field. The unheated polytunnel provides the perfect climate for heat-loving crops such as tomatoes, cucumbers and aubergines. These specialities are delivered to the Gadile freshly harvested, or gently processed and preserved. With “summer in a jar”, the unique aroma of the Grotter vegetables can be enjoyed in winter too.
Distance to the Gadile: 90 m

The Praxmarer family
At the Fernerhof in Mieders, great importance is attached to animal welfare. The cows have a modern free-stall barn, and the hens enjoy free range in the grass. The mobile hen houses are regularly moved to a new patch of green, so that the Praxmarer family’s free-range hens always have fresh grass to eat. Combined with high-quality feed, these are the best conditions for high-quality eggs – and you can taste it.
Distance to the Gadile: 3.5 km

The Pittl family
In 2012 Johann and Martina Pittl built the Holzerhof anew as an out-of-village farmstead. The idyllically situated holding is run with the support of the whole family. A few years ago, alongside the cows, sheep and hens, son Simon devoted himself to quails. Under his good care they thrive splendidly and supply the Gadile with their small speckled eggs. A real pleasure, both to look at and to taste.
Distance to the Gadile: 3.2 km

The Singer family
The Singer family’s farm in Götzens stands for regional milk production and species-appropriate animal husbandry. The Simmental cows spend the summer on the “Lizum” alpine pasture and are fed exclusively on the farm’s own feed. The fresh milk is gently pasteurised so that its natural flavour is preserved. A treat for the whole family!
Distance to the Gadile: 19.5 km

The Nock family
In the middle of the Tux Alps lies the Lizum alpine pasture at around 2,000 metres above sea level. Six farmers manage the pasture together. Michael and Karoline Nock’s cows also move up to the pasture every summer. The pasture-fresh milk is processed directly on site in their own dairy. The animals spend day and night on the pastures and delight in the many mountain grasses. These are reflected in the taste of the butter and cheese. The cheese specialities taste original and intense – just like the Tyrolean Alps.
Distance to the Gadile: 16.9 km

The Tschugg family
Bettina Tschugg of the Zimmererhof had a delicious idea: why not turn the farm’s own cow’s milk into the very best ice cream? The idea became reality, and today Bettina makes the finest ice cream from her milk to her own recipe – by hand, with ripe fruit and without artificial additives. Every spoonful is a moment of joy!

Fulpmes hunting association
The hunters of the Fulpmes municipal hunting ground look after the game living and grazing in the woods and meadows around Fulpmes with a strong sense of responsibility. Targeted conservation preserves a healthy, balanced habitat for the animals. The high-quality venison obtained in this way is expertly processed and refined into delicious specialities such as Kaminwurzen sausages, cheese sausages and meat loaf. You can try these tasty products at the Gadile.
Distance to the Gadile: 500 m

The Salchner family
The Sternhof in Mieders is one of the farms that grow grain in the Stubai Valley. Lisa and Martin Salchner turn it into their own muesli: cereal flakes, crunchy nuts and pumpkin seeds are gently combined into a well-balanced muesli. Whether for breakfast with milk or yoghurt or as a healthy snack in between – this muesli stands for natural enjoyment and the very best regional quality. A genuine piece of farming tradition that you can taste in every spoonful.
Distance to the Gadile: 4.3 km

The Almberger family
In the idyllic Obernberg valley, the Almberger family’s cows graze near the Steineralm in summer. The unmistakable flavour of Steineralm cheese comes from careful handcraft and genuine passion. Surrounded by the impressive mountain scenery of the Wipptal, master cheesemaker Thomas produces very special cheese creations. In September 2025 the stone pine cheese and the alpine cheese were even awarded gold and silver respectively. You can buy the award-winning cheeses from the Steineralm at the Gadile.
Distance to the Gadile: 31.3 km

The Zittera family
The Stubai Valley is shaped by the Ruetz, fed by the glacier and by many crystal-clear streams. The fish ponds of the Tschangelair-Alm, run by the Zittera family, lie directly beside this mountain stream. In water of the finest drinking quality, the trout grow slowly and so develop their firm and incomparably flavourful flesh. At the Gadile you can enjoy Werner and Angelika’s trout – whole, as fillets or smoked. There are also various specialities in jars, made of course with ingredients from their own farm.
Distance to the Gadile: 7.7 km

The Gutleben family
The Gutleben family farms meadows, fields and woodland, combining arable farming, livestock and fruit and berry growing in one sustainable business. Crop rotation and a balanced nutrient cycle result in natural, high-quality farm produce. From the end of May you can enjoy fresh strawberries at the Gadile.

The market town of Fulpmes has supported the ARGE Stubaier Bauernladen from the very first day. In doing so it sends a clear signal in favour of regional produce and strengthens local farming businesses. Supporting the ARGE also brings life to the village centre and actively advances the goals of the Climate Alliance.

As a reliable partner of the regional economy, the Raiffeisenbank also supports our ARGE. The basis for this is Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen’s cooperative principle of “self-help by the people of a close-knit community”.

In the Stubai Valley, tourism and agriculture go hand in hand. The Stubai tourist board has supported our initiative from the outset, offering locals and visitors high-quality regional products while preserving the cultural landscape.
